About the Role
CuraeSoft is a mid-market SaaS company helping healthcare organizations optimize how they schedule, staff, and manage their workforce. We're looking for a curious, data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves asking "why" behind the numbers and enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insights. You'll support our marketing efforts across the full funnel — from understanding our market and audience to measuring campaign performance and informing strategy. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a solid foundation in quantitative marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support market segmentation, targeting, and positioning analysis to help refine our ideal customer profiles and messaging.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify where prospects enter, progress, and drop off, and surface opportunities to improve conversion.
- Measure and report on campaign performance across channels including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Assist with marketing attribution efforts to understand which touchpoints and channels drive pipeline and revenue.
- Contribute to customer lifetime value and cohort analyses to inform acquisition and retention priorities.
- Support pricing strategy and marketing mix analysis with data, research, and modeling.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Pull, organize, and analyze data from Google Analytics, our CRM, and other marketing platforms.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene including cleaning, deduplicating, and standardizing records to ensure reliable reporting.
- Help design, track, and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments.
- Prepare clear, concise summaries and recommendations for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent data definitions and shared understanding of results.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of core marketing fundamentals including segmentation, targeting, positioning, the marketing funnel, campaign measurement, and the marketing mix.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a genuine interest in working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data modeling.
- Exposure to or willingness to quickly learn basic SQL or other data tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred but not required: Internship or project experience in marketing analytics or business analytics, exposure to attribution modeling or CLV analysis, and interest in SaaS, B2B, or healthcare technology.
