This is a full-time, on-site Growth Hacker role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
• Set growth objectives.
• Build and analyze funnels.
• Run A/B tests.
• Optimize conversion rates.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, improve user journeys, and scale successful initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics.
• Interpret web analytics.
• Translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization.
• Skills in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) is beneficial.
• Comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, product analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities are required.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment and a relevant bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
