About the Role

Movate Technologies is hiring a Trainee to join its customer support operations as a Level 1 Agent in Hyderabad. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support.
• Deliver customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues, guiding them through setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and usage.
• Aim for First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.
• Assist customers with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities.
• Document interactions accurately in the case management system.
• Work within a structured support environment with defined service level agreements and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or supervisors.
• Participate in regular training sessions to build product knowledge and sharpen skills.
• Receive structured onboarding, mentor-led guidance, and continuous feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Basic technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain product features and troubleshooting steps.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving issues at the first contact.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under stressful situations.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Experience with ticketing or case management systems is preferred.
• Basic understanding of RMA processes is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts supporting global time zones.

Qualifications

• Any degree qualification, open to all streams and recent graduates.
• Proven customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
• Prior exposure to voice process, call center, or customer support environments is preferred.
