Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and assist with Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare customer invoices and track outstanding payments for Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist with payment processing, account reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records and update Excel spreadsheets.
- Support daily accounting activities and reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AP/AR processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Tally is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work night shifts from the Chennai office.
Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
