Key Responsibilities

• Resolving outstanding invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customers through calls/emails from a shared services center in India.
• Controlling overdue aging of outstanding invoices.
• Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms.
• Sending reminders to customers to avoid payment delays.
• Resolving unapplied credit items on US customer accounts by contacting customers via phone/email.
• Ensuring monthly progress by resolving a substantial amount.
• Collaborating with collection and cash application teams as per requirement.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks defined from time to time.
