About the Role

The Marketing and Business Development Intern will support the growth of BFFS Training & Consulting by assisting with marketing initiatives and client outreach. This internship role is hybrid, with primary responsibilities based in Noida and flexibility for some work from home. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, and client engagement within the training and consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist with lead generation.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and social media content.
• Assist in organizing workshops or webinars.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, social media platforms).
• Interest in learning marketing and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Market Research skills.
• Sales and Marketing Strategy skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Genuine interest in training, coaching, emotional intelligence, and workplace well-being will be considered an advantage.
