• Build and publish Copilot Studio agents to Teams and M365 Copilot.
• Create Power Automate flows and custom connectors to external APIs.
• Build and host custom agents on Azure AI Foundry Copilot Studio.

Copilot Studio Skills - Must

• Agent instructions and scope design.
• Generative orchestration and classic topics.
• Actions, tools, and custom connectors.
• Knowledge sources and grounding.
• Variables and multi-turn context.
• Adaptive Cards.
• Channels: Teams, M365 Copilot, web.

Azure AI Foundry Skills - Must

• Foundry Agent Service: agents, threads, tools, connected agents.
• Model catalog and deployment (GPT, open models, fine-tuned endpoints).
• Foundry projects, hubs, and connections.
• Azure AI Search integration for RAG.
• Prompt flow for orchestration and testing.
• Evaluations: groundedness, relevance, safety scoring.

Nice to have

• Content safety filters and Responsible AI controls.
• Tracing and monitoring via Application Insights.
• Managed identity and private networking setup.
• Cost and quota management (PTU vs. pay-as-you-go).
• Test pane, transcripts, session analytics.
• Solutions, ALM, DLP, capacity management.
