About the Role

This full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that strengthen employee capabilities and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to strengthen employee capabilities and support business objectives.
- Conduct classroom and workshop-style training.
- Create learning materials.
- Tailor training content to different teams and experience levels.
- Assess skill gaps.
- Gather feedback and refine training curricula.
- Coordinate training schedules.
- Maintain training records.
- Partner with leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate corporate training programs, including workshops, presentations, and structured learning paths.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, training content creation, and use of adult learning principles.
- Effective communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency with common training tools and technologies.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs, interpret feedback, and measure training effectiveness using relevant metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant training or L&D certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related function.
- Experience in consulting or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
