About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Retail Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products in footwear, apparel, and fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store displays.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked.
• Manage basic inventory tasks.
• Support cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through friendly and efficient service.
• Support in-store promotions.
• Follow company policies.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused service mindset.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Basic inventory management skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of customer experience principles and store presentation standards.
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Additional training in retail or sales is a plus.
