Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site maintenance and repairs on oil and gas equipment, including fuel dispensers and other equipment at retail outstations (e.g., Petrol pumps).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to equipment operation.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and provide comprehensive reports.
• Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of equipment, maintenance, and safety.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate field operations and prioritize tasks.
• Adhere to company policies related to quality control, health, safety, and environmental protection.
