About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting life insurance products, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasive skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote life insurance products.
• Provide information about various insurance plans and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
