Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring Support
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Employee Engagement
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities
• Assist in internal communication initiatives
• Help in maintaining a positive workplace culture
• HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support in preparing HR reports and trackers
• Administrative Support
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Maintain files, records, and HR databases
• Assist the HR team in daily operations

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Internship Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Job Mode: Work From Office
• Location: Thergaon, Pune
• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: 15,000 (one-time payment post internship completion)

Note: This is a 3-month internship with a one-time stipend payout upon successful completion.
