Junior Architect

About the Role

PS Enliven Studio is a Mohali-based architectural and interior design firm providing end-to-end turnkey solutions for residential and commercial spaces across India. The studio specializes in architecture, interior design, space planning, and turnkey project execution. This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior designers and architects in developing architectural concepts.
• Prepare drawings and create 2D/3D design presentations for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist with space planning.
• Draft detailed layouts.
• Coordinate with project teams.
• Update documentation throughout the design and execution stages.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, progress tracking, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Contribute to material selection and design refinements.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and adapt to the demands of turnkey projects and fast-paced project environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Understanding of Project Management principles.
• Basic awareness of Software Development and Integration concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong attention to detail, design sensitivity, and aptitude for space planning and material selection.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
