About the Role
A Head for Profits (AHFP) is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT) responsible for cleaning and servicing draft beer lines to ensure local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. The role involves visiting customer locations to maintain draft beer systems and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

- Valid driver's license.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Hands-on quick learner.
- Full-time position scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm.
- Regular overtime opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation & Transportation
- Salary: $20.00 + growth opportunities and overtime hours.
- Qualifying DQTs receive a $250 bonus per cycle upon meeting eligibility requirements for route completion.
- Mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.72 per mile.
