Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom-based sessions on core digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
• Prepare training materials and case studies.
• Demonstrate AI tools used in campaign optimization, automation, and content personalization.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support participants in building portfolios and preparing for interviews.
• Collaborate with the training team to update course content based on industry trends and learner feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Training skills.
• Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, including understanding of digital channels, campaign strategy, and performance metrics.
• Sales and client-facing skills.
• Practical experience with AI tools in digital marketing (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automation platforms, content generation tools).
• Prior experience as a trainer, coach, or mentor in digital marketing or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, along with relevant certifications in digital marketing.
