Placement Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Train students in communication skills, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
• Conduct aptitude training, group discussions, mock interviews, and soft skills sessions.
• Help students prepare for placement drives and recruitment processes.
• Guide students in resume building and professional presentation.
• Motivate students to improve their confidence, employability, and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate with the placement team to support placement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to training.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students.
• Willingness to learn new training methods and contribute to student development.
• Prior experience in placement training, teaching, or mentoring is an advantage, but candidates with relevant skills and potential are encouraged to apply.
