We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. If you enjoy sourcing great talent, building strong pipelines, and driving a smooth hiring process, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms & referrals
- Understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct detailed HR screening (skills, experience, CTC, NP, culture fit)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain trackers, reports, MIS & dashboards
- Handle offer rollout, documentation & reference checks
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT
- Build a talent pipeline for future requirements
