Key Responsibilities

• Finance & MIS (Primary Focus)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.
• Track and update operational and logistics expenses.
• Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain expense trackers and financial records.
• Analyze Cost-to-Sales (%) and other basic business metrics.
• Support management with data analysis and reporting.
• Basic Logistics Support
• Maintain logistics cost trackers.
• Update shipment and delivery reports.
• Maintain 3PL dispute trackers.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for follow-ups.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic formulas
• Data formatting
• Basic functionality of Tally ERP

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of finance and accounting.
