Junior Designer

About the Role

Junior Interior Designer at Interior Company, a subsidiary of Square Yards, contributing to designing and planning aesthetically pleasing and functional interiors for residential and commercial spaces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Space planning
• Creating construction drawings
• Collaborating with the senior design team
• Selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to reflect client preferences
• Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure successful project execution
• Bring in clients and do business development in interiors

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles
• Knowledge of Architecture and experience creating Construction Drawings
• Understanding of FF&E selection and integration into design projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• A keen design aesthetic
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of current design trends and sustainable design practices is advantageous
