We’re hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help organize conferences, seminars, podcasts, and outreach to business owners. Reporting to our Marketing & People Manager, you’ll coordinate direct mail, conferences, seminars, podcast production, and day-to-day marketing projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing details, working with people, and following projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare targeted mailers and event invitations, maintain contact lists, and coordinate follow-up with the business development team.
- Research relevant industry conferences and events; organize registration deadlines, team travel arrangements, itineraries, meeting schedules, and event materials.
- Help plan and execute seminars, webinars, and small business-owner events, including venue or platform coordination, invitations, registrations, reminders, speaker logistics, and follow-up.
- Support podcast production by researching guests, coordinating outreach and scheduling, preparing briefing materials, organizing recordings, and working with editors on delivery deadlines.
- Adapt approved materials into branded invitations, handouts, presentations, social graphics, and podcast promotion using Stellamont’s templates.
- Keep marketing projects and events organized by maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, and coordinating tasks with the team.

- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, administrative projects, or production workflows. Internships, freelance work, student organizations, and relevant personal projects count.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, calendars, project-management tools, and basic design or presentation software.
- An eye for consistent branding and the ability to work from established templates.
- Resourcefulness, curiosity, and comfort using AI tools to support your work while checking the finished result.
- Experience with direct mail, events, podcasts, or B2B marketing is helpful, but you do not need to have done all of them.
- Prior financial-services experience is not required.
