About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer (Node.js) Intern who is excited to build fast, scalable, and reliable backend systems. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop APIs, integrate databases, and contribute to real production-level features. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to build real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express/NestJS
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend systems
• Work with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, frontend, product)
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
• Contribute ideas to improve architecture and workflow

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
• Knowledge of Express.js or any Node.js framework
• Experience with MongoDB or SQL databases
• Understanding of Git/GitHub
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
