About the Role
Buy Business Class is seeking a motivated Fresher to join their team as a Call Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate calls between sales agents and customers for quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement call quality standards and evaluation criteria.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales agents to improve call handling and compliance.
- Identify and document non-compliance issues, breaches of policies, and regulatory violations.
- Enforce penalties or corrective actions for non-compliance as per company policy.
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to address recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate records of call evaluations and compliance reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Based in Gurugram
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good listening skills and attentiveness
- Open to rotational shifts (will be an added advantage)
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
