Pharmacy Specialist - U.S. Pharmacy Operations
About the Role
Join our growing U.S. pharmacy operations team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring work during U.S. night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Support U.S. prescription processing & pharmacy workflows
- Perform medication order entry and review prescription information
- Coordinate with data entry, billing, adjudication & fulfillment teams
- Identify and escalate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
- Follow SOPs, quality standards & compliance requirements
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pharm D
- M.Pharm
- B.Pharm (with 3+ years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of medications, dosage forms & pharmacy terminology
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written & verbal English communication
- Comfortable working U.S. night shifts
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome for Pharm D and M.Pharm roles.
- B.Pharm professionals require a minimum of 3 years of experience.
