About the Role

Appinventiv is a global product engineering and digital transformation company that builds AI-powered digital products for startups, enterprises, and Fortune 500 organizations. This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Trainee role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule posts.
• Assist with social media content calendars.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics.
• Contribute ideas to improve reach and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct basic competitor and trend research.
• Help optimize content for different audiences and platforms.
• Assist in reporting on campaign outcomes.
• Learn best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in teams, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing tools is a plus.
• Graduate degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in marketing, media, or communications is an advantage.
