This Management Trainee Programme offers hands-on experience, structured training, and ongoing mentorship. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients.
• Support sales, marketing, business development, and customer acquisition activities.
• Gain practical experience in business operations and customer engagement.
• Assist with team coordination and the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Participate in structured management and leadership training.
• Develop communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Support recruitment, team coaching, and employee development activities as required.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that support business growth and operational improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recent graduate or final-year university student.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
