About the Role

Tablez Food Company Pvt Ltd is a dynamic Retail and F&B group, part of the Abu Dhabi-based Tablez organization. In India, Tablez brings leading international names in food & beverage, toys, lifestyle, and apparel to customers. The company focuses on collaborative growth with innovative brands, delivering memorable customer experiences and setting high standards in service quality. This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily store and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store and office operations.
• Assist with inventory checks.
• Perform basic data entry.
• Coordinate routine administrative tasks.
• Help with visual merchandising.
• Support simple marketing and promotion activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist in preparing reports.
• Update internal trackers.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in retail, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands.
• Willingness to learn operational processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage time well.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in business, commerce, hospitality, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Professional attitude.
• Reliability.
• Openness to feedback and mentoring.
• Prior internship or part-time experience in retail or F&B is an advantage but not mandatory.
