Junior Architect

About the Role

Home Studio is India’s first real-size 3D home planning experience, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company transforms how homes are planned by using advanced projectors, VR, and 1:1 scale blueprints to let people walk through their spaces before construction begins. Home Studio’s immersive technology helps homeowners, architects, and builders visualize layouts, verify furniture placement, and reduce design guesswork and construction errors.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect – Residential Design & Real Estate & Digital Content based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will support the design and visualization of residential projects, translating client requirements into clear floor plans and 3D walkthroughs using Home Studio’s immersive tools. The role involves creating and refining digital content such as presentations, design stories, and visual assets that showcase project concepts and the Home Studio experience. The Junior Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, technology, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D models, and realistic renders.
• Create architectural concepts and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Present residential properties, explain layouts, and highlight property features through videos and reels.
• Be the on-camera face of Home Studios' real estate marketing.
• Create content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with real estate developers, channel partners, and prospective customers.
• Support property marketing, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and site visits.
• Assist in architectural design.
• Coordinate with real estate partners and clients.
• Prepare design documentation.
• Participate in project review sessions.
• Work on architectural design and 3D visualization.
• Represent Home Studios as the face of our real estate marketing through engaging videos, property presentations, and social media content.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software.
• Good communication skills.
• Confidence in front of the camera.
• Interest in real estate, architecture, and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking.
• A proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Video editing and social media content creation skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree or relevant architectural qualification.
