  • Create content for internal communications, social media, the company website, presentations, newsletters, and other communication channels.
  • Translate complex technical or manufacturing information into clear, engaging, and audience-focused communications.
  • Build strong working relationships with employees and leaders throughout the organization, working directly with production, engineering, operations, business development, program management, and human resources.
  • Learn about products, capabilities, and manufacturing processes to tell authentic stories about the work being done, and help showcase differentiating aspects of the organization.
  • Create and coordinate presentations, employee communications, sales materials, newsletters, digital communications, and other company messaging.
  • Support business development initiatives with content, graphics, presentations, and communication resources.
  • Support LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, email, website, and internal communication content.
  • Assist with market research and competitive intelligence as needed.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communications.
  • Support proposal and business development activities as needed.
