About the Opportunity
CookNClean is looking for enthusiastic students and freshers interested in starting a career in Human Resources. This internship offers an opportunity to learn practical recruitment skills and gain hands-on experience in HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records.
- Communicate professionally with candidates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills.
- Interest in recruitment and Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work with a team.
