Role: Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)

Location: Ghansoli, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and service-related requests.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication and follow established process guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when required.
• Maintain call quality and adhere to process standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Good communication skills and strong spoken English.
• Willingness to work in a voice-based customer service environment.
• Positive attitude, active listening skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹22,000 per month in hand.
• Candidates with an existing UAN number: ₹20,000 per month after deductions.
