Department: Sales / Business Development – Inside Sales

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Designation: Business Development Executive (EdTech Sales)

Salary: Fixed in-hand + attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students to understand their academic preferences and career goals
• Offer accurate and detailed guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate programs
• Manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Achieve/exceed enrollment targets
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, courses, and market insights to provide relevant guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3+ months of experience in EdTech sales (ODL-preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
