Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

AdGrowTech is a full-stack digital solutions firm specializing in AI automation and performance marketing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Draft social media posts.
• Assist with content calendars.
• Monitor engagement metrics.
• Help optimize campaigns for reach and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader digital marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and participate in team meetings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation for managing and growing brand presence on key platforms.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions, and effective collaboration.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and interest in data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to new tools and trends in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
