Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel, G Sheets.
- Update delivery challans, and dispatch records.
- Maintain records of pending dispatches, and deliveries.
- Logistics & Dispatch Handling
- Track shipments and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
- Coordinate with distributors and customers regarding shipment status and delivery issues.
- Handle damaged shipments, shortages, delivery discrepancies, and replacement logistics.
