Junior Interior Designer

About the Role

The Architect role at InnoSpace Design is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions for luxury residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand requirements.
• Creating functional and aesthetic layouts.
• Ensuring adherence to building codes and local regulations.
• Working closely with project managers, interior designers, and site engineers to support smooth project execution, from design through construction.
• Participating in site visits.
• Reviewing construction progress.
• Adjusting designs as needed to maintain quality, safety, and design intent.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, visually compelling spaces.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables for design and construction projects.
• Familiarity with Integration of architectural concepts with interior design, structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Comfort with Software Development and related tools where applicable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices, especially for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in high-end or luxury architecture and interiors is an advantage.
