About the Role

The Marketing and Sales Intern role is an on-site internship based in Nagpur. Interns will support day-to-day marketing and sales activities, providing hands-on exposure to both marketing and sales operations within a technology-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Help develop and implement basic marketing strategies.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns for the company’s digital solutions.
• Engage with prospective customers.
• Support sales outreach.
• Maintain records of leads and interactions.
• Provide general customer service support under guidance.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
• Sales skills to assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales processes.
• Comfortable using common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic digital literacy.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
