About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience or interested in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Ensure timely updates and smooth communication with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
