About the Role
- Manage restaurant and merchant accounts.
- Oversee day-to-day account operations.
- Build strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle restaurant content management.

- Oversee merchant payouts.
- Resolve operational issues across assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) on:

- Act as a liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Identify and address operational concerns.
- Coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of account-related processes.
- Support partner success through:
- Proactive stakeholder coordination.
- Issue management.
- Operational support.
- Maintain accurate account information.
- Ensure partner requirements are met within defined processes.
