About the Role
Bharat Financial Inclusion limited is hiring Customer Retention Officers for opportunities across the Pune region. The role is suited to both freshers and candidates with prior experience who are interested in customer engagement and field-based financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and service support.
- Follow up with customers, understand their concerns, and support timely resolution of retention-related issues.
- Carry out assigned field visits across the Pune region using a bike or scooty.
- Maintain accurate customer and visit records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Represent the organisation professionally while following operational and customer service guidelines.
Requirements
- Age: 18 to 32 years.
- Two-wheeler ownership or access to a bike or scooty is required.
- Required documents: Educational certificates, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Driving Licence.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th, 12th, or graduation.
Skills & Attributes

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000.
