Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Talent Management within a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for interns and entry-level roles
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and training activities
• Assist in HR communications, follow-ups, and reporting
• Support engagement initiatives and HR process improvements

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Self-motivated and willing to learn in a structured environment

Qualifications

• Any undergraduate / graduate (HR, Management, or related fields preferred)
• Freshers are welcome
• Training and guidance will be provided

Stipend & Growth

• Monthly Stipend: Unpaid
• Internship duration: 4 months
• Based on performance, interns may be converted to full-time employment
• PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity for high performers
