About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Trivandrum, with remote work flexibility on selected days.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities:
- Analyzing job descriptions
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening applications
- Coordinating interviews
- Maintaining communication with candidates until successful onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Maintain talent pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Update recruitment metrics.
- Work with business stakeholders on workforce planning.
- Support continuous improvement of hiring processes.
