Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with daily administrative and people-related tasks. This internship role includes assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding processes. The intern will help in communicating HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in organizing training or internal events.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing professional HR expertise.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to support policy communication and documentation.
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Comfort using office productivity tools and willingness to learn HR software or digital collaboration platforms.

Note: First month will be an unpaid internship. Based on performance, you will be continued from the second month with a stipend/salary mutually decided.
