Human Resources Assistant Recruiter

About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant Recruiter is a full-time remote role focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Assisting with communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Updating recruitment trackers.
• Supporting onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation coordination.
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs.
• Helping to improve recruitment processes.
• Ensuring a professional and inclusive candidate experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recruitment support skills: candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up communication.
• HR coordination skills: maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and supporting basic HR documentation and compliance.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: clear written and verbal communication, professional email etiquette, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Organizational and administrative skills: attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with spreadsheets, applicant tracking tools, and other HR systems.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills: ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate effectively across teams.
• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR support, ideally in a consulting or service-based environment, is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if there is strong relevant experience.
