About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Fresher US Logistics Operation role based in Noida. The role involves supporting day-to-day logistics operations for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring shipments.
• Tracking deliveries.
• Updating internal systems with accurate status information.
• Coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders via email and calls to resolve operational issues and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Following standard operating procedures to meet service-level expectations.
• Adhering to quality, compliance, and performance guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work with web-based tracking or CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes and willingness to learn US logistics operations.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow defined procedures consistently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify issues in shipment tracking and support resolution.
• Ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or business is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and collaborating within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training, take feedback constructively, and grow within operations and logistics roles.
