About the Role
Junior Interior Designer at Studio Redefine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, space plans, moodboards, and material palettes.
- Assist with furniture, finishes, and FF&E selections.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD working drawings and interior details for project execution.
- Support material sourcing, specifications, and coordination with vendors and consultants.
- Brief and coordinate with external 3D visualisers, and review renders for design accuracy, materials, proportions, and detailing.
- Attend site visits across Mumbai and assist with execution, measurements, detailing, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects, maintaining design intent, accuracy, organisation, and project timelines.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience in interior design. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in interior design and space planning, with the ability to translate concepts into practical and functional layouts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, along with an understanding of construction drawings, interior detailing, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and FF&E, including selection, sourcing, and specification.
- Basic understanding of 3D visualisation and rendering workflows, with the ability to brief and review work produced by external visualisers.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and external collaborators.
- Proactive attitude, strong aesthetic judgement, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn across both design and site execution.

- Full-time, in-office role.
- Based in Kandivali East, Mumbai.
