Customer Success Associate – Taxation Support

About the Role
We are looking for Customer Success Associates to support customers in an International Taxation Support Process. The role involves assisting customers with tax-related queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to taxation support through calls.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and case updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of International Customer Support experience.
- Experience in Taxation Support or Finance Support will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of taxation, financial documentation, or tax-related processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
