Full-Time Teacher

About the Role
Swapaksh Learning Foundation, a non-profit organization, is looking for a passionate and committed Full-Time Teacher to join our team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and support students in a joyful and engaging learning environment.
- Mentor, motivate, and encourage students to reach their full potential.
- Plan lessons, maintain student records, and work collaboratively with the teaching team.
- Contribute to the holistic development of children through academics, arts, and life skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good computer proficiency, with the ability to manage student data, maintain digital records, handle online registrations and work with MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
Qualifications
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
