About the Role
This is an on-site internship for a Social Media Marketing Intern based in Bentonville, AR. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign execution.
- Engage with followers.
- Monitor social media trends.
- Track performance metrics to help optimize content and outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and coaching staff to highlight athlete success stories, promotions, events, and community initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Social Media Marketing.

- Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bentonville, AR.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Interest in sports, fitness, or athletic performance.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
