About the Role
We are seeking a detail-focused assistant to grow our presence on social media, Google, and AI assistants. This role involves posting content, joining conversations, building links, and tracking results.
- Work Arrangement: Work from home, part-time, 6 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 3 months.
- Pay: Rs 10,000 to 12,000 a month.
- Start Date: From November 13, 2026.
- Completion: Certificate on completion.
Main Goals
- Rank higher on Google.
- Get our products mentioned in AI assistant answers.
- Upload 3 to 4 posts a week on every social media platform.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Upload 1 reel a day (Instagram; reel provided).
- Reply to comments on our own posts.
- Post 2 to 3 helpful comments per platform on fresh, relevant posts across: Instagram, Facebook, Facebook groups, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Medium, Substack.
- Never comment twice on the same post.
- If a platform has no new relevant posts, skip it.
- Log every comment, post, and link in the shared Google Sheet with a direct link and screenshot.
Weekly Schedule
- Monday: Check 10 competitors and current trends, send reel ideas. Publish 1 Medium post.
- Tuesday: Build 5 backlinks (from provided list). Publish 1 Medium post.
- Wednesday: Check keyword rankings. Publish 1 blog post (e.g., LinkedIn Articles, Blogger, Vocal).
- Thursday: Build 5 backlinks. Send 10 outreach emails for link swaps.
- Friday: Post 3 times on forums. Publish 1 Substack post.
- Saturday: Prepare Weekly growth report: website visits, signups, Google rankings, AI assistant mentions, backlinks won.
HumanFlow.pro Launch Tasks
- Set up and complete listings on Product Hunt, G2, Capterra, AlternativeTo, SaaSHub, and other software directories.
- Write each listing for SEO, prioritizing main keywords, competitor names, and FAQs.
- Build 15 backlinks a month for HumanFlow.pro from the provided list.
Rules
- Be genuinely helpful. No spam or copy-paste comments.
- No links or product mentions on Reddit. Read each subreddit's rules first.
- Comments must sound human, short, and natural.
- Do not change logos or profile pictures.
- Do not make promises or commitments on our behalf.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong written English.
- Experience with Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Basic SEO knowledge (backlinks, keywords).
- Google Search Console is a plus.
- Organised, honest, and consistent.
- Every task must be logged.
