About the Role
The Associate/Analyst is an entry-level position with minimum graduation qualification, willing to be trained in the insurance field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design solutions to potential problems.
- Organize and execute administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.
- Conduct given tasks efficiently.
- Customer engagement.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues, keeping supervisors informed.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Non-technical).
- Good academic record (55% or above).
- Basic knowledge in insurance or finance.
- Open to rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to organizational changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
- Quick learner, high on energy, with a flair for customer processes.
- Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
