Key Responsibilities

• Accounting and Audit Assistance
• Maintain accurate financial records through data entry, ledger updates, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure information is complete, reliable, and up to date.
• Support audit teams by carrying out audit procedures, testing controls, and preparing clear audit documentation.
• Financial Analysis
• Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules, reports, and analysis that support business decisions and meet reporting requirements.
• Compliance
• Ensure work follows accounting standards, statutory guidelines, and internal policies.
• Help maintain a strong compliance environment.
• Taxation Support
• Contribute to tax compliance work, including preparing and filing income tax returns and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Documentation and Workpaper
• Organize audit workpaper, supporting documents, and reports in a structured and easy-to-retrieve format.
• Training and Development
• Participate in learning sessions and skill-building workshops to strengthen technical and professional capabilities.
• Teamwork
• Work closely with colleagues, seniors, and mentors to deliver high-quality work and meet engagement deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed CA, CPA, or a similar professional qualification.
• Must have cleared both groups of CA Inter.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with colleagues and clients.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to deliver work efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
